Flaxseed oil

Also known as linseed oil, flaxseed oil has a nutty taste, but is unsuitable for cooking and should instead be added to foods after cooking. It’s high in Omega-3 and 6, helps protect against heart disease and high blood pressure, and is said to reduce the risk of cancer.
