  • 15 minutes, plus 30 minutes’ soaking time

Ingredients

  • 150 g Woolworths steel-cut oats
  • 3 water, plus extra for soaking
  • 2 T maple syrup
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 t salt

Cooking Instructions

Place the oats in a large bowl, cover with water and soak for 30 minutes.

Discard the water and gently rinse the oats, then transfer to a blender and add 3 cups water, the maple syrup, vanilla and salt.

Blend at a high speed for 30 seconds, then strain through muslin cloth. Discard the pulp and chill the milk before serving.
