Jelly cake with blueberries

Ingredients
- 2 packets any flavour jelly you prefer
- 2 sachets or 2 sheets gelatine
- 500 ml of each hot water and cold water
- cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
Cooking Instructions
Mix jelly as instructed on the packet, adding two extra sachets/sheets of gelatine and mix until all is dissolved.
Add cold water and set. After 1/2 hour in the fridge throw in some blueberries, fresh or frozen.
I normally do two colours and let one set in a larger cake tin at the bottom and then do another colour in a smaller cake tin for the top. Once they are set dip the cake tin into a basin of hot water and the jelly will just fall out once tipped over. You can use any fruit you like, it's the perfect summer cake :)
