Ingredients

  • 400 g strawberries
  • 1 T icing sugar
  • 100 g white chocolate

Cooking Instructions

Hull and slice 400 g strawberries.
Sprinkle with 1 T icing sugar and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
Melt 100 g white chocolate and spread thinly on baking paper.
Allow to set, then break into shards and serve with the strawberries.
