Ingredients

  • 6 Woolworths ripen at home Forelle pears, halved
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 t vanilla paste
  • 1 lemon, rind cut of and juiced
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 2 T butter
  • cream or crème fraîche, for serving

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place all the ingredients except the cream or crème fraîche on a baking tray and roast for 40 minutes, or until soft.

Serve with cream or crème fraîche.
