3 egg recipes kids will love

By Jess Spiro, 1 January 2021

When it comes to crowd-pleasing, quick-cooking ingredients, eggs will always be at the top of our list. Whether you’re after something for breakfast, lunch or dinner, eggs will come to the rescue, especially when you’re feeding kids. Here are three of our current favourite egg recipes that kids will love, too.

Easy tomato shakshuka

Shakshuka is a great anytime dish for the whole family. You want to make sure this isn’t too spicy for kids, so bake an individual portion for them using a ramekin, and make your own as hot as you like.

Mexican-inspired beans and eggs

Make a double batch of the sweet potato-and-spiced bean mix and you’ll have a kid-friendly lunch option ready to go at all times.
