3 great vegetarian curries

With winter well and truly here, we know we don’t have to convince you to make curry. In addition to warming you up, curries are also a great way to eat more vegetables. We’ve rounded up three of our favourite vegetarian curries to make for winter (and beyond).

Corn-and-potato curry

Using two types of canned corn (creamed and whole kernel) makes this a winning quick-cooking, pantry-based dinner.
