Making your own chocolate discs is super easy, plus the kids will love getting involved. Wrap or pack in a box and you’ve got the perfect home-made foodie gift!

All you need to make your chocolate discs is some melted chocolate, a few toppings and some cupcake cases. Use gold ones to make them look really special.
