5 quick grilled meals to make this week

We love smoky char lines. If you do too, you’ll be thrilled to know that you too can get that professional grill look without leaving your kitchen. Here are five of our easiest pan-grilled recipes to try out this week.


  • Preheat the pan. Get the pan nice and hot (but not smoking hot) before you start cooking.
  • Oil it. To prevent food from sticking to the pan, wipe the pan with a piece of kitchen paper dipped in oil.
  • Check the heat with a splash of water. Drip a little water into the pan. If it evaporates quickly, it’s good to go.
