Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 20 x 20 x 4cm baking tin. Place 200 g roughly chopped dark chocolate, 150 g butter and 2 t vanilla paste into a glass bowl. Melt over a saucepan of simmering water. Set aside to cool slightly. Beat 150 g caster sugar and 3 free-range eggs until light and fluffy. Pour in the chocolate mixture and whisk until well combined. Sift in 75 g flour, 2 T cocoa, 1 t salt. Gently fold using a spatula – do not overmix. Stir in 100 g Woolworths dark chocolate drops. Pour the mixture into the baking tin and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool in the tin, then turn out onto a clean surface. Slice into squares and top with a dollop of Woolworths marshmallow frosting mix. Brown the frosting using a blowtorch.
