Ingredients

1 x 400 g can cannellini beans
125 g punnet Woolworths basil pesto
100 g Woolworths deli chargrilled marinated artichokes
600 g Woolworths lamb frikkadels
1 T olive oil

Method

Drain and rinse 1 x 400 g can cannellini beans. Toss the beans with half 125 g punnet Woolworths basil pesto. Scatter over 100 g Woolworths deli chargrilled marinated artichokes. Season to taste before serving.
Brown 600 g Woolworths lamb frikkadels in 1 T olive oil in a pan. Finish off in the oven at 180°C for 10–15 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve warm with the Italian-inspired salad and garnish with fresh basil.
