Serving suggestion: Cook the stuffed turkey breast and the duck meatballs according to package instructions. Serve with a salad of cooked couscous, steamed green beans, sliced plums, fresh herbs and salad leaves, 50 g pistachios and a dressing of the zest and juice of 2 limes, 2 T honey, 2 cloves grated garlic and 5 T olive oil.
