Thousands of millenials can’t be wrong, nothing starts a day quite as well as smashed avo. Especially if you think you don’t have time for breakfast.


Avos need almost no preparation! These are three of our favourite ways with our favourite fruit:

1. Smash onto your favourite toast with a dash of lemon juice, salt and pepper
2. Combine with berries, banana and granola for a delicious smoothie bowl. Trust us on this one!
3. Add to an omelette or scrambled eggs for the best-ever breakfast.

It couldn’t be easier to eat well.
