About: Céline Chung was born in Paris to parents of Chinese origin. She owns Petit Bao, which serves authentic traditional Chinese cuisine with classic dishes, from French-sourced products. She also owns Gros Bao. Her cookbook Bao Family, is symbolic of the bridge between two cultures, between tradition of Chinese culture and the modernity of Parisian life.
