Serves 4

Difficulty Easy

Prep Time 5 minutes, plus overnight freezing time

Ingredients

1 x 825 g sliced peaches, can, drained
Aperol
soda water
Woolworths MCC
4 sprigs rosemary

Method

1. Place the peaches in a Ziplock bag and freeze overnight.

2. Mix 3 parts MCC, 2 parts Aperol and 1 part soda water and pour into a large glass. Repeat to make 3 more cocktails. Serve with frozen peaches.

Cook's note: Freeze the peaches in a bag for your drink, then eat them when your glass is empty
