I’ve made this loaf more times than I care to admit, and it has never flopped. I do however halve the sugar, otherwise it is way too sweet. Takes me 10m from start until I pop it in the oven. Easy, quick and flop-proof!

I can’t rate this recipe highly enough – it is so good! The Woolies duck sausages are also DELICIOUS in this if you are not a pork fan. I make the sauce without the sausages at least once a week to use in other pasta dishes, on pizza etc etc

Is the Baking powder measure meant to be 3 tsp perhaps instead 3 Tablespoons? I tried with the same measurements but it didnt come right.
