FRIED RICE

Hi there I made my own version of fried rice last week. It was very nice but want to ask for advice on how to nail the oriental flavour of the dish. I feel that there is one component missing to make it taste brilliant and with the buzz that it is genuine oriental fried rice and not homemade. What sauce could I add to get the ultimate umami kick or what ingredient do I need to add to get this flavour?
