Easy make-your-own pizzas

Tired of serving up sandwiches for lunch? These easy make-your-own pizzas make use of sandwich thins, pitas and wraps for a base, plus the kids can get involved by adding their favourite toppings.

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes

FOR THE BASE

Toast the base so it can hold its toppings.

Choose: Woolworths Heat and Eat mozzarella-and-thyme ciabatta slices/wraps/pita breads/pizza bases/white sandwich thins

SAUCE

This is the base flavour and keeps your pizza toast from drying out.

Choose: Woolworths basil or red pepper pesto/long-life cheese sauce/tomato-and- basil pasta sauce.

CHEESY

Be as fancy or as simple as you like.

Choose: Feta/ricotta/mozzarella/bocconcini.

TOPPER

Express yourself! Get your favourite toppings and have some fun.

Choose: Olives and capers/mushrooms and ham/chorizo and marinated artichokes.

SOMETHING FRESH:

Add your favourite fresh leaves.

Choose: Rocket/basil/baby spinach.
