Cashel

This cheese gets its name from the place where it is made in England and is one of that country’s few blue cheeses.

It has a soft, silky and creamy texture with a green-blue marbeling that gives it a medium flavour.
It is not as salty as other blue cheeses and you can try it as a milder alternative in Blue cheese, gammon and cauliflower tartPolenta and blue cheese salad and Frozen yoghurt and blue cheese sandwich.
