Chavroux
Made in the Dordogne region in France, Chavroux is a pyramid shaped fresh goat’s milk cheese with a very subtle “citrus” flavour.
It is white, smooth, homogeneous, spreadable and slightly moistured.
Try it in Chavroux and pistachio cheesecake.
A dollop of chavroux with baby spinach is a yummy idea for filling an omelette.
