Rogan Josh is an aromatic Indian curry dish, traditionally made with lamb, oil and a mixture of spices. 
This northern Indian dish takes its name from its rich red colour (‘rogan’), which comes from the saffron and tumeric used in cooking the meat. Lamb (‘josh’) is the meat most frequently used in this popular dish.
