Spiralised vegetables are a great way of incorporating more crunch and colour into your diet, plus they’re the perfect carb-clever substitute for wholewheat spaghetti.

Woolies offers a rainbow of spiralised veggie choices including beetroot, baby marrow, butternut and carrot spaghettis and pumpkin tagliatelle. Toss through a salad, stir-fry in a hot pan with plenty of ginger and garlic, or steam and serve with your favourite sauce. The options are endless!

PUMPKIN TAGLIATELLE


Toss in brown butter with garlic and crispy sage leaves. Serve with baked Woolies’ goat’s cheese wrapped in Parma ham and a sprinkling of toasted hazelnuts.

BABY MARROW SPAGHETTI


Steam and serve with a dollop of mascarpone, sliced chorizo and green olives.

BEETROOT SPAGHETTI
