It was my first time to try my hand at making hot cross buns and it’s a winner! The only thing I battled with is the cross. The amount of flour and water doesn’t make sense? Is it supposed to be very runny or a little? Please may you relook at it, as it didn’t even wet all the flour. Other than that: thank you for a great recipe!
