- 1 Cara Cara orange, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 2 limes, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 grapefruit, thinly sliced
- 1 ClemenGold, thinly sliced
- 750 ml good-quality vodka
Method
1. Place the fruit in an airtight 1.5-litre jar, pour over the vodka and seal the jar. Allow the citrus flavours to infuse for a week.
2. Serve the citrusy vodka over ice or in a cocktail. Garnish the drink with a slice of liquored fruit for extra flavour.
