15 minutes, plus overnight soaking time
15 minutes1. Blend all the ingredients until crumbly in texture. Shape into small patties.
2. Heat a waffle iron and grease lightly. Place 2 T mixture in the centre of the waffle iron and grill for 5 minutes or until light golden brown and crispy.
3. Serve with hummus, tzatziki and fresh veggies.
