25 minutes1. For the marinade, mix all the ingredients, except the chicken wings, in a bowl. Toss the wings through the miso marinade until well coated.
2. Make the amasi cooling dressing by blending all the ingredients.
3. Preheat the air-fryer to 200ºC. Cook the wings for 25 minutes, turning halfway. Turn the heat up to 230ºC and cook for a further 5 minutes until golden.
4. Drizzle the amasi over the wings and add the sliced jalapeno and sesame seeds before serving.
