Prawn cocktail rolls

• 8 small bread rolls
• 1 x 200 g Woolworths prawn cocktail
• microherbs, to garnish

Halve the bread rolls and fill with prawn cocktail. Garnish with microherbs.

Cook's note: Woolworths ready-made prawn cocktail is delicious, but if you can't find any, make your own prawn cocktail at home.
