Vegan “crab” cakes

1. Blend the rice milk, bananas, honey and wheatgerm in a food processor until smooth and thick.
2. Serve as a quick breakfast or tea-time treat.
Cook's note: You can use any milk you like, including cow's or goat's milk. Or any of the alternative milks such as soya milk or almond milk.
