50 - 60 minutes1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grate the potatoes and onion on the thick side of the grater, or use the grating attachment on a food processor.
2. Add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Bake in a large, greased ovenproof dish until golden brown. Start checking after 45 minutes, can bake up to 60 minutes.
