Tempura prawns

Virgin LemonGold® cocktail cordial:
1. In a saucepan, make a simple syrup by combining water and sugar and simmering until sugar has dissolved and a syrup has formed. (This is handy to have around the house as it is used in many cocktails.)
2. For the cordial, combine 1 cup of simple syrup, LemonGold® juice and slices, rosemary and juniper berries in a saucepan.
3. Simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes to infuse. Set aside to cool down.
4. Pour 50 ml of cordial (strained if you like) into a glass, add ice and top with sparkling or soda water.
Warming LemonGold® hot toddy:
1. Place a tea bag of your choice (rooibos, honeybush and rooibos chai would work well) in a pot and add 2 slices of fresh ginger, the juice of half a LemonGold®, 1 teaspoon honey (or more if you like it sweeter), a shot of whiskey or brandy (optional) and top with boiling water.
2. Allow to steep, then pour into heat-proof glasses or mugs with a slice of LemonGold®. Sweet dreams!
Easy LemonGold® gin fizz:
1. Pour gin of your choice into a cocktail shaker and add LemonGold® juice, egg white, simple syrup and ice.
2. Shake vigorously for a minute. Pour into 2 cocktail glasses, top with more whipped egg white (optional), add a splash of sparkling water and a curl of LemonGold® peel and serve. Cheers!
