Harissa-battered hake

Place the frozen fruit, apple and cherries in a glass jug. Top up with ice, flavoured sparkling water and sparkling wine just before serving.
Cook's note: Hot days spent on lawns and pool loungers need great big jugs of ice-cold, fruity, sparkling refreshment like this. (You can leave out the sparkling wine, but why would you?)
