30 minutes 1 Mix all the ingredients together. Store in a tightly sealed glass jar.
2 Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the onion and cook over a low heat until soft.
3 Add the spice mix and cook for 1 minute. Add the mince and cook for 5 minutes, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
4 Add the garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste and stock. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
5 Pile the mince onto a platter of nachos and add the remaining ingredients.
Cook's note: The basic spice mix is versatile! Add any other Woolworths spices to zhoosh up the flavour. Here, we used Woolworths Smoked chilli seasoning Mexican-inspired, that can be used in nachos, enchiladas, tacos - you name it!
