20 minutes1 To make the dressing, scoop the avocado into a blender, then add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
2 Spread the cream cheese onto the sliced bagels.
3 Top the bottom halves with avocado and lettuce leaves, then drizzle with the dressing.
4 Sprinkle over the bagel seasoning and salt, then drizzle with a little oil.
5 Top with the remaining bagel halves and serve.
Cook’s note: The remaining dressing can be kept covered in the fridge for a couple of days. Great to use as a crudit dip.
