Chocolate chip-and-coconut flapjacks

Ingredients
1 T butter
1 x 300 g packet Woolworths pancake mix
50 g desiccated coconut
65 g Woolworths dark chocolate chips mix
vanilla sugar or vanilla extract, to serve
Method
Heat the butter in a pan over a medium heat.
Using 1 x 300 g packet Woolworths pancake mix, prepare flapjack batter according to package instructions.
Add 50 g desiccated coconut and 65 g Woolworths dark chocolate chips and mix.
Ladle large spoonfuls of the batter into the pan. Once bubbles begin to form on the surface of each hotcake, turn to cook the other side.
Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and serve warm.
