10 minutes1. In a small bowl, mix the butter with the ’nduja paste until well combined. Spread both halves of the ciabatta generously with the ’nduja butter.
2. Layer the bottom half of the ciabatta with the provolone, Parma ham and mixed salami.Dollop over the basil pesto and top with the radicchio.
3. Close the sandwich, press down gently, and slice to serve.
Cook’s note: To serve warm, wrap in foil and heat in the oven at 180°C for 8–10 minutes until melty and golden.
