Spinach and broccoli soup

1. Line a loaf tin with clingfilm, then arrange a layer of thinly sliced cooked multi-coloured beetroot at the bottom.
2. Combine 1 x 250 g tub Woolworths spring onion and chive cream cheese with 100 g chevin and season.
3. Spread a layer over the beetroot. Repeat until the tin is full. Chill to set.
