Plum, goat’s cheese and hazelnut salad

Ingredients
1 x 140 g bag Woolworths sweet and tangy salad
8–12 plums, halved, quartered and sliced
200 g chevin, sliced
50 g hazelnuts, roasted and chopped
pea shoots, to garnish
For the dressing, mix:
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 t wholegrain mustard
1 t Dijon mustard
1 T red wine vinegar
lemon juice, a squeeze
¼ cup canola or olive oil
1 T honey
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
Toss all the salad ingredients and drizzle over the dressing.
