Broccoli with coconut-coriander sauce

Steam the green beans and broccolini for 2 minutes. Sauté the onion, garlic and ginger for 2 minutes in the oil in a large wok.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, then stir in the beans and broccolini. Add the soya sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes, then transfer to a serving dish.
