MUSHROOM CURRY WITH TIKKA SAUCE
Tear 150 g baby button mushrooms or 250 g white button mushrooms, 250 g brown mushrooms, 2 steak mushrooms and 250 g portabellini mushrooms into chunks. Fry the mushrooms in batches in 2 t canola oil at a time in a pan over a high heat. once all the mushrooms are cooked, set aside. Pour 1 x 400 g sachet Woolworths Fresh tikka curry cook-in-sauce into the pan and simmer for a few minutes over a medium heat.
Add the cooked mushrooms and season with salt to taste. Spoon into serving dishes and serve with Woolworths all-butter fresh rotis cooked according to package instructions. Garnish with coriander.
