Radishes with roasted sesame and organic vanilla chocolate ganache

Ingredients

  • 2 perfectly fresh radishes
  • 50 g organic white vanilla chocolate
  • 15 ml cream

Method

Rinse the radishes and partially remove the skin using a zester.
Melt the chocolate and cream in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until smooth and melted.
Toast the sesame seeds.
Roll the radishes in the seeds until well covered.
Serve with the melted chocolate mixture.
