This is your sign to make eggs in the air fryer. This recipe comes from Green Air Fryer Cookbook by Denise Smart.


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bread
  • butter, for spreading
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

1. Place the eggs in their shells in a preheated air fryer and cook at 180°C (350°F) for 6 minutes. Remove and place in egg cups.

2. Cook the bread in the air fryer for 1 minute, then turn over and cook the other side for a further minute, until lightly toasted. Spread with the butter and cut into fingers.

3. Cut the tops off the eggs, season to taste and serve with the toast soldiers for dipping.
