Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 6 T Woolworths onion marmalade
  • 200 g Gruyère cheese, grated
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 2 pears, sliced

Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Cut each sheet of pastry into 6 equal-sized squares. Create 3 evenly spaced, horizontal slits in one half of the squares.

3. Top the pastry halves without slits with ½ T onion jam, 4 slices of fruit and a sprinkle of Gruyère.

4. Seal by folding the slits over the toppings and pressing the edges together. Bake until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly and serve.
