Ingredients

  • 1⁄4 cup soya sauce
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1⁄2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 T canola oil
  • 8 pieces free-range chicken
  • spring onion, thinly sliced
  • fresh coriander
  • chopped chillies

1 Mix soya sauce, brown sugar, juiced lemon and canola oil.

2 Place chicken pieces in a tray, pour over the marinade and roast for 40 minutes at 180°C, basting occasionally.

3 Scatter with thinly sliced spring onion, fresh coriander and chopped chillies.
