  • Woolworths Chenin Blanc Reserve 2010 (Ken Forrester wines)


  • 125 g wafer thin smoked chicken, shredded
  • 200 g baby cabbage, shredded
  • 1 stick celery, shredded
  • 2 carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 2 crisp mini cucumbers, shredded
  • 3 salad onions, shredded
  • 2-3 T coriander, chopped
  • 2-3 T mint, chopped
  • For the dressing, mix:
  • 2 T fish sauce
  • 2 T fresh lime juice
  • 2 T sunflower oil
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 2 t rice wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 t crushed chilli

Cooking Instructions

Mix together the salad ingredients, then toss with the dressing.

If the dressing seems too acidic, add a little more sugar.

Serve immediately.
