- 2 cups Self-raising flour (use gluten-free if you want)
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- 1/2 cup Soda water
- 1/2 cup Pureed Avocado (I used bought guacamole)
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Fresh curly parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Coarse black pepper
Preheat oven to 220 oC. Spoon mixture into muffin pan. Bake for about 17 minutes or till test pick comes out clean. Serve with butter.
