Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, quartered
  • 2 ripe nectarines, thinly sliced
  • 1 x 230 g box frozen cooked prawns, defrosted
  • 1 Salanova lettuce
  • Snipped chives, to garnish
  • Ready-made Caesar dressing, to serve

Cooking Instructions

Mix together all the ingredients and drizzle with dressing just before eating.

Per serving: 1400kJ, 13.9g protein, 23.1g fat, 17.3g carbs

TASTE’s take:
Fresh and super-fast! Prepare it at home and keep it in a plastic container, which can, in turn, be placed in a larger one that is filled with ice to keep it chilled. Drizzle with dressing just before eating.
