  • 1 x 250 g sheet Woolworths all-butter puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 4–6 baby marrows, thickly sliced
  • 100 g Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
  • 1 free-range egg, beaten
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the puff pastry sheet on a baking tray and top with the baby marrow.
  3. Brush the pastry with the egg and cover with the cheese.
  4. Bake until edges are golden brown and puffy, about 30 minutes. Season and serve immediately.

Cook's note: Add this easy tart to your entertaining arsenal. It’s versatile enough to be a starter, light meal, or a side to serve on the day (mains for guests who are eating less meat).
