Baked creamy tomato with dunking toasts

Ingredients
- 8 ripe tomatoes
- a handful basil leaves
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup cream
- French bread, to serve
Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Halve ripe tomatoes and place in an ovenproof dish, to fit snugly. Tear a handful of basil leaves and tuck in between the tomatoes.
Thinly slice cloves garlic and scatter over, then pour over cream. Roast for 20 minutes, or until golden and bubbling. Season to taste and serve with a pile of toasted French bread for dunking.
