- 2 x 200 g goat’s-milk feta
- 15 g thyme
- 100 g walnuts
- extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- fresh ground black pepper
- warm, crusty bread, for serving
Preheat the grill.
Drain the cheese and place in an ovenproof container.
Scatter with the thyme and walnuts then drizzle generously with olive oil.
Season with pepper.
Grill until the cheese starts to turn golden brown.
Remove and serve with warm, crusty bread.
