- 300 g Woolworths Maasdam cheese, sliced lengthways
- 5 sprigs thyme
- 2 T honey
- 50–100 g pecan nuts chopped
Preheat the grill to 250°C. Place the cheese in an ovenproof dish and grill for 10–15 minutes, or until golden and melted.
Scatter over the thyme for the last minute of cooking time. Drizzle with honey and scatter over the pecan nuts.
Cook’s note: Serve with ciabatta.
